Here’s a Far Better Way!

Insomnia is a terrible challenge in life. It drains us physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Counting sheep works for a while … but we need a more lasting solution!
Do watch this video as I explain how I helped David overcome insomnia. Today, he’s a happier, more energetic, and slimmer version of his old self!

Just as a quick summary of the video. David was a long-time sufferer of insomnia when he came to me, and I put him on the "Laimei Method" that involved hypnotherapy and nutritional help.

It was clear David had unresolved childhood issues that led to his insomnia, and using hypnotherapy he acknowledged his past, understood the reasons why, and accepted what had happened.

With the help of an audio recording he listened to every day, David was able to “re-learn” how to naturally and comfortably fall asleep like a baby. The result? Instead of forcing himself to sleep, his mind would automatically help him go to sleep.

I also helped him with his nutrition to ensure he had the correct food to fuel his lifestyle and this, in turn, helped him with his sleep.
